Staying at the hotel was an absolute delight. The natural construction elements in the rooms, especially in the Spa Suites, were amazing. However, the hotel might feel a bit crowded in certain areas. The service was outstanding, covering everything from the front desk to transportation. The hotel's location, right by the Swiss Alps, is perfect for winter tourism offering access to ski slopes and breathtaking views. The dining, including champagne for 'champagne breakfast' lovers, was not to be missed, providing a great selection of high-quality products. The facilities were excellent, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was truly unforgettable. The whirlpool in the room left me speechless, but the direct view of neighboring balconies was a privacy concern.
